I so appriciate the fellowship, the feedback, the admonitions, the encouagement, the teachings and the prayers of God's saints. What a blessing, for the sake of balance!

God is of course greater than His Church, but over and over again, God's ministry through His body to me and my family has been so apparent. Makes me feel like praising the Lord often.

Just really wanna say thank you to you, believers, for just being there!

The Bible says, “Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety” (Prov. 11:14).

It says, “Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established” (Prov. 15:22). Why is this so?

God also says, “..he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ” (1 Cor. 2:15-16). Are you a natural person (not yet born again), a carnal believer (in the Lord but not fully looking to Christ to meet all your needs), or a spiritual Christian (with eye on Christ looking to Him, rather than to this world system, to mee their needs)?

God wants you and me spiritual at all times, and He wants us in fellowship with Spiritual, growing brethren. He wants you and me to remain totally dependant on Him, but to also be interdependant upon each other in Christ. 

I personally like how Paul didn’t say, “I have” in this passage above. In a context of rightly judging, Paul must have felt that multiple Christians would have better chance of arriving at what was right, more than just one believer alone.

I believe Paul was healthy spiritually and right, because He lived in the Word constantly. He lived in fellowship with God and His children.

My ole pastor from California used to say ..that as far as the Church is involved, Illness begins with "I" and Wellness begins with "WE." And Healing begins with "HE!" it's so true. Jesus Christ is the source of all health and blessing. So be close to Him today. 

You and I were not meant to function WELL apart from the healthy Head of the Body, Christ, or apart from the fellowship a healthy body of believers. You can choose to be WELL spiritually. Those letter to me represent the Word (there's not spiritual growth for anyone apart from the Word), Evangelism (an outlet of ministry to unblievers), Learning truth (Bible study for believers), and God's Love (which we are to experience in fellowship with each other)! Why remain unrepentant, unforgiven, unmoved, and unregenerate another day?
